If your CO (Carbon Monoxide) alarm activates, evacuate the property immediately leaving the doors opens. Call your Gas Safe Registered Engineer and do not re-enter the property. Wait for the engineer to arrive for further instructions.
If you have a gas hob, gas fire or any open flame device appliance in use at the time, turn the gas off at the gas meter if this does not involve re-entering the property.
