We can undertake services and repairs on all private houses, flats and for landlords in rental accommodation including houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs).
We can diagnose faults and service on all types of domestic gas boilers and heating systems including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Viessmann, Ideal, Potterton, Alpha, Glowworm, Ariston and others.
A full service schedule will include a gas safety check to make sure the system is operating safely and leak free. The service will be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, usually to include a clean of the burner assembly, general inspection and condensate trap clean.
This will be followed by a combustion performance analysis, flue inspection and gas rate, to check the boiler is operating within its specifications.
The central heating system will be visually inspected to check for obvious signs of leaks and defects, and we will recommend improvements to keep your hot water and central heating system working to the highest standards, to ensure safety, economy and comfort.
We strongly advise that if not fitted, a carbon monoxide alarm is installed during the visit. These are carried at all times by our qualified and competent engineers. Smoke alarms will also be checked during the visit which we can supply to ensure your safety.
No one likes it when their boiler breaks down and with todays hectic lifestyles, reliability and comfort is essential. If you are unfortunate to experience a breakdown, we will be here to help. We offer a 24/7 breakdown call out service and can reach most local areas within the hour.
If your boiler cannot be repaired immediately we can usually ensure that any parts needed are with our supplier ready for collection and fit, within 24 hours. We only use genuine manufacturers parts and are experienced in diagnosing and repairing any domestic gas boiler. Upon completion of a breakdown repair, a full gas safety check will be undertaken on the appliances.
We will discuss any issues with you at the time of servicing and repair and advise on any remedial action or improvements for your boiler system to ensure its continued correct efficient operation and help on unnecessary waste to save you money.

All Other Charges:
8am to 5pm – £55.00 per hour and part thereof
6pm to 8am and Weekends £60 call out fee plus the hourly charge as above.
