Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors
A CO detector is a device which detects the presence of CO gas and we strongly recommend having a CO detector fitted such as a Kidde or Angel device.
This can be done during a routine service or when any works are undertaken to a gas boiler if you do not already have one. CO detectors can also be purchased which can be linked to your mobile phone. We can supply and fit a detector for you upon request.
Gas Safety Certificates for Homeowners and Landlords
We can carry out safety certificates for both homeowners and landlords for single family dwellings to contract schemes for landlords and estate agents, and offer a reminder and scheduling programme.
Installation and Replacement of Hot Water Cylinders
We are fully trained and qualified to install or replace all types of domestic hot water cylinders from vented to unvented.
Nest Pro
We are a certified Nest Pro installer. A Nest thermostat can be quickly and easily installed and can save you money by tailoring your heating and hot water requirements to your needs. Your Nest thermostat can be controlled by a smart app on your phone that is IOS and Android compatible.
The 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat (or Nest Thermostat) is a smart thermostat; it is an electronic, programmable and self-learning Wi-Fi-enabled thermostat that optimises heating and cooling of homes to conserve energy.
The 3rd-generation Nest learning thermostat is slim, sleek and beautiful. With a big, sharp display and Farsight, you can see the temperature, time or weather from across the room. The Nest thermostat learns the temperature you like, then programs itself. It knows how long it takes to heat your home so that you are comfortable when you get there.
Wireless programmers
There are various wireless programmers on the market such as Honeywell, Drayton or Salus; these give you the option and flexibility of having your heating and hot water programmer in any room you require without the need for rewiring.
Power Flush
A central heating flush will remove all debris and sludge and will lead to a more efficient heating system and decreases the chance of expensive breakdowns. We strongly recommend a system flush is undertaken every 5 years. At this time, it is very worthwhile to take advantage to have thermostat radiator valves fitted if not already.
We offer a full central heating system health check which includes balancing of your heating system together with recommendations and advice on any improvement for safety, efficiency ad comfort.
Plumbing Repairs and Maintenance
We will repair/replace anything from a leaky tap to a burst pipe with anything in between for instance, installing an outside tap.
Regulations require that every new or replacement bath tap be regulated to 48°C or recommended 42°C if children are present in the household. We can advise, supply and fit bath taps with thermostatic mixing valves to these specificatoons.

LPG
We are fully trained and qualified for LPG installations and servicing/repairs. We are currently qualified to install, commission, diagnose and repair LPG Installations.
